Preserve Data Sovereignty
+ Security
At Trailmark, we're dedicated to preserving your information sovereignty and control.
All data is encrypted, password-protected, and stored on Canadian servers. Your data is also securely stored in a separated data layer that is only accessible to your organization.
Trailmark's flexible permissions system lets you set finetuned access levels for each individual user to control what they can see and do.
Trailmark's robust data-sharing protocols ensure your community's ownership and command over all your materials.

Frequently Asked Questions
Your organization owns and controls your data. Trailmark does not claim ownership over the information, records, maps, media, or knowledge entered into your system. Each subscription is managed as its own Trailmark instance, and your data is not pooled with data from other clients. Our role is to provide the software, hosting, support, and tools that help your team manage and use that information.
